Expanding Dining Table

This dining table is one of my favorites! The challenge was to build an 8 foot table that would easily transform into a 12 foot table. The added challenge was to keep the wood grain as seamless as possible. 

The wood species is some of the most beautiful figured Claro Walnut that I have ever seen, and lent itself into a fantastic piece.
